cleanliness is great - room is cleaned every day and fresh towels are provided regularly. location is excellent - very close to the beach and easy access to Heraklion and Knossos with frequent bus service. staff is friendly and helpful

The hotel's location is great, situated near the beach and on the main street of the town. Guests have easy access to many stores and attractions nearby. the hotel is close to an aquatic park, offering guests an opportunity 

Great location right next to beautiful beaches and airport, delicious inclusive food with many options and a friendly staff! They even provided a free massage voucher upon arrival, which was the best way to start a relaxing
